Join us for a vibrant program of new film premieres and rare archive treasures from around the globe, with visiting filmmakers and scholars. All screenings will be in person.
Since 1976, The National Center for Jewish Film (NCJF) has rescued, restored, and exhibited films that document the diversity of Jewish life. The Center’s collection of films with Jewish content is one of the world’s largest.
Don’t miss our closing night program which showcases two of our archive’s rare silent films – back on the silver screen after more than 100 years! Breaking Home Ties, a 1922 drama long thought lost, is screening with a mesmerizing new soundtrack spearheaded by 12x Grammy Award winning musician Steve Berlin of Los Lobos, preceded by the 1910 short film A Child of the Ghetto.
